Lennox has been officially indoctrinated into the football worship around here. It has been coming. Last week while mommy and daddy were at the game he watched it at home with his grandma and she taught him to say "Go Jaguars" and raise his hands up and yell "touchdown Jaguars." The next day we were out buying him his own jersey and he was begging to go to a "feefball game." We found some tickets for last night's game with the Dolphins. We figured a night game would be better and we were not sure how things would go so we didn't want to fork out a lot of money for a regular season game. It was all he could talk about all week. Last night we dressed up in our Jags gear and headed out. Lennox was in awe. When we got into the stadium and he saw the field for the first time he begged to go down and play and a long explanation about why we couldn't go down there ensued. Lennox had a pretzel and a coke and climbed up to his seats. He sat perfectly still the entire time watching and taking everything in. He did get a little scared during the fly over and he loved when the team came out and fireworks shot up. For us, it was one our most favorite nights with him because we could tell he loved every minute and there were lots of conversations with him about how one day he could play football. He has already got the tackling and throwing thing down. We did end up leaving in the third quarter when his tired little eyes could take no more. And today he has called every family member to tell them about his "feefball adventure."
