Almost 2!

We can't believe it, but in a little over a week Lennox will be 2. We are celebrating with a bash at Chuck E. Cheese and an Elmo cake. Today we went birthday shopping. Now that he is two, there is so much more that Lennox can play with. We bought some PlayDoh and played with that this evening. He tried to taste it a few times and mostly had fun just breaking it apart!

Lennox only has 4 days of school left until he is off for the summer with mommy. He is going to celebrate his birthday this Friday with 2 shaped cookies and we went out today and got some stuff to make goodie bags for his friends!

I can not even count how many new words and phrases are popping out of his mouth daily. He is putting words together in sentences. Sometimes he uses his name. It is so cute to hear him say Lennox! He follows directions and is trying to use the "potty seat." We went out and bought a nice Elmo potty that made noises, but he prefers to use the big potty. He never actually goes in the potty, but likes to flush it, of course :-)

Tomorrow we are taking him to see Shrek the 3rd. His first movie at the movie theater. I will be sure to post the results of that!
