Lennox's First Report Card

Lennox went back to school yesterday, after his week home being sick. The teachers told Mark that Lennox was getting promoted! He has been in the toddler class since August. We love his teachers, and Lennox has gotten attached to them. They have decided that the toddler class isn't challenging Lennox any more and he is moving next Monday to the transitioning-2 yr. old room. Some of his little friends are already in there and he has been going into the room for an hour each day to get him used to it.
When I picked him up that afternoon I got his first report card! Adorable! It lists all the things he should be doing at age 1 and age 2. He has mastered everything for a one year old and out of the 40 or so things he should do at 2, he has mastered all but 6! We are so proud. But, of course we knew he was a smarty. He wants to be read to constantly. Of course, I will be scrapbooking his report card and I am hoping to take some pics of him with his teachers from the toddler room before he moves on.
Lennox spends about an hour or so each afternoon reading with his teacher Mrs. Nalini and she has told us she will let Lennox go through and pick his favorite books to take with him to his new classroom. So cute!!!
It was so hard for me to let him go to school in August, but I know he has learned so much!

Our Sick Little Baby

Lennox has had a rough week. He started the week off with a bad fever and has been fighting a nasty cold and cough. Today, we finally took him back to the doctor and got him some medicine. The doctor's were so reluctant to give him meds earlier in the week. He has been beside himself, cranky, whiney, and pitiful. Not at all like the sweet, easy going, goofy Lennox that we are used to. We hate watching him sick, and of course we are exhausted too! Hopefully, the weekend will bring him some relief, especially now that he is on an antibiotic.

Lennox's New Blog

I have decided to start the blog for Lennox. I wanted to be able to keep my posts and pictures and the old website couldn't do that. I am hoping to post weekly here and upload even more pics for everyone to see.
